Not having a clue how to reinvent something…

I don’t know how I plan to be using this blog.

It’s pretty sad to look at my old site and watch as it becomes some relic from the old days when having a homepage was the most awesome thing in the world before social networking sites popped onto the scene. Now that most people have moved on to things that are faster and easier to use, it feels like the end of an era.

After talking to several people, the ultimate conclusion is that I’d have to make Fantasy Gathering work for me on a personal level. It used to be a site to cater to role players but now that they’ve moved on after our favorite places got all borked from changes, it has pretty much come down to me.

It’s hard. I don’t know what I can do. I sometimes feel like I should just let the site go but the fact that I can’t let go of the .com makes me feel like I have to revisit the site and … do something.

An idea occurred to me. With sites like facebook and twitter, the goal is to be fast and quick. I figure that since I’m always playing with little ideas in my head for scenes to torture my characters with, I could probably jot them down and post them here. That’ll have to do unless I can think of something else!
