Glaucus Atlanticus – Blue Dragon

While my friend was looking through images of animals such as marmosets, tamarins, and the like… I decided to hit google for any other unusual animals – only to come across this! Glaucus Atlanticus! Isn’t it just the neatest thing? My friend says that I’m only reacting to it because it’s blue but…

Some bits of information has it listed as Blue Dragon Sea Slug. It just looks downright awesome. What surprises me is how small it is! Apparently these things float in the water upside down due to gas in its stomach. It normally feeds on Blue Bottles and then stores the stinging cells for its own use if anyone else should touch it. Isn’t that weird?
